Sheryl Steele is PayCaptain’s Director of Operations and Business Performance. She has 28 years’ experience in the payroll industry. In her previous role, she was VP Payroll Operations US/EMEA for an international payroll services provider and brings a plethora of operational expertise with her.
Sheryl loves nothing more than getting payroll right for employees. Payroll, she says, is one of the most important aspects of working for any employee, so it’s imperative it’s right first time, every time.
Sheryl's responsibilities enable PayCaptain to consistently perform at its best. Measuring and tracking performance, setting goals and supporting the business deliver strong KPIs, Sheryl is also responsible for supporting the launch of new services, initiatives and departments in PayCaptain. She also defines and runs internal projects to drive and deliver performance improvements and champions the needs and requirements of the operational teams serving our customers.
