Adam is an accomplished Sales Manager with four years’ experience in the payroll industry. Prior to joining PayCaptain, Adam was Sales Manager at KeyPay for two years.  

Adam’s responsibilities include consulting with businesses to find the best solutions for their payroll and financial wellbeing needs. By taking the time to listen to customers, ask the right questions, and identify their pain points, he can recommend the most appropriate products and services.

Whilst he loves solving complex problems for users and hitting key milestones, his favourite part of working at PayCaptain is the freedom to collaborate with the dynamic team of payroll and business professionals. It's not just about the work itself, he says, but about the collective achievement and knowing he's contributed to making a real difference along the way.
